The sweet Crepes and savoury galettes are freshly made to order with the best ingredients.  Using traditional recipes and techniques, the skilled Four Frogs chefs craft everything in-house, including the sauces, milkshakes, and even the Galettes' buckwheat flour that they mill in-house to preserve its nutrients and maximise its taste.
