Located in the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Crafted by Matt Moran offers a unique dining experience in one of Sydney’s most striking restaurant spaces. The seasonal menu, shaped by Moran’s signature style, highlights locally sourced produce along with premium Australian meat and seafood, with light Mediterranean influences. The drinks list features Australian wines, Champagne, cocktails, beers, ciders and a strong non-alcoholic selection. Operated in partnership with the Gallery’s culinary advisor Matt Moran, the restaurant is delivered by The Fresh Collective.
