Freycinet Resorts onsite restaurant, Mount Paul Lounge is as spectacular as its surrounds, serving seasonal and premium Tasmanian produce using Japanese cooking techniques and presentation. The restaurant welcomes residents and non-residents, with a set menu that showcases the best Tasmanian produce presented in a set 3 course Teishoku or 7 course Seasonal Omakase menu. Expect seasonal ingredients such as truffles, Robbins Island wagyu, fresh fish, cheeses and sparkling wines all sourced locally.
