Chifley's Bar and Grill is set in Ben Chifley's former home, the refurbished Kurrajong Hotel in Barton and it's all about the perfect steak. Steak, that is, of a serious quality and cut. There are pedigrees from some of the most prestigious producers on Australia's east coast. The steaks come without fiddly accompaniments, aside from your choice of condiments. Side dish options include the likes of caramelised red onion and baked fennel.
