Longrain is an iconic Sydney restaurant located within an expansive 110 year old converted warehouse in Surry Hills. Try cult classic dishes like caramelised pork hock with five spice and chilli vinegar or the green curry, braised beef brisket, Thai eggplant and baby corn. The menu created by Executive Chef Griff Pamment is a mouth-watering blend of Thai and Chinese influences with dishes that are designed to be shared. The wine list is carefully created by owner and award-winning sommelier Sam Christie to perfectly balance the menu’s combination of hot, sour, salty and sweet flavours.
