Award winning High Water Eatery is in ‘boho’ Cuba Street in downtown Wellington, popular for its quirky cafes and shops.  It is a Modern European restaurant that can truly boast that everything is ‘made from scratch’ with pickling, fermenting, smoking, curing and baking all done on the premises.
