Dobson's Distillery is in the rural town of Kentucky, a short drive from Armidale in NSW's New England region. This rather quirky distillery is a must for visitors who love their spirits. Gins, vodkas, whiskies and liqueurs are available for tastings and are made on premise at the distillery which is just behind the bar. Dobson's Brewery also produce distinctive ales, created the English way and served in English pub glasses.Lunch Saturdays and Sundays 12pm-2pm.  Tasting room open daily 10.30am-3.30pm
