The talented team behind Matteo's now have Tanuki, just down the road in Bay Street Double Bay. Different spaces offer a sushi bar with open kitchen views, raw bar and Robata grill. The menu covers everything from sushi to substantial mains like whole fish and steak, using fresh local ingredients and a killer cocktail list with many using saké.  Not sure what to order?
