Closed.   It's hard to miss the smell of freshly baked bread as you walk pass DUST, the crafty bakers in the heart of Tramsheds, Harold Park. Created from grain sourced directly from Australian farmers, everything in the bread-making process from grain selection and the methods of milling is overseen by owner Cesare Salemi. Ground on-site by stone mills, expect floury creations of wood-fired pizzas, pastries, and inventive twist on traditional bread recipes.
