Josh & Julie Niland, together with their team from Saint Peter, Fish Butchery & Charcoal Fish have opened Petermen in St Leonards, just over the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the CBD, next to North Sydney. The menu features premium sustainably sourced Australian seafood and the freshest seasonal vegetables. Each carefully curated seafood dish on the menu pays homage to the region from where it has been caught in the title of the dish like Yamba King Prawns, Manjimup Marron, South West Rocks Wild Kingfish while the freshest oysters hail from seven different oyster growing regions of NSW.
Open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and for lunch from Friday to Sunday
