Sydney's Makoto Sushi Bar in the southern end of the CBD attracts a loyal following of Japanese diners. The restaurant's attention to detail is exceptional, displaying a large variety of fresh sushi and sashimi all presented on a sushi train. Diners also have the option of selecting from Makoto's a la carte menu, which includes anything from sushi and sashimi sets to tempura, noodles and soups.
