Glamorous retail mecca Westfield Sydney is home to New Shanghai, best known for being a pork bun empire. The Chinese restaurant is styled like an alleyway in old Shanghai, with an outside patio and bar that doubles as a waiting area for customers. The chain's cult favourite, the pan fried pork bun, is on the menu, along with the likes of xiao long bao, prawn wontons and an array of dumplings and traditional Shanghai dishes.
