Carrick Winery is just 45 minutes from Queenstown in the famous Otago Wine Region near the town of Bannockburn.  The menu is very produce driven, with vegetables and olive oils grown on the property and eggs supplied by the vineyard chickens. Lamb, salmon and venison are the ideal choices to match with a fine glass of local Pinot, for which the reason is famous.   Not sure what to choose?
