For twenty years Bob and Pamela Yam have tirelessly worked to create what is known today as one Australia's best Asian restaurants, Malayan Orchid Restaurant in Bendigo. Announced as a finalist in the 2011 Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Awards for best Asian restaurant, this family-run business is testament that hard work and dedication is rewarded. The menu is inspired by both Australian and Asian flavours, with dishes such as kangaroo spicy plum and red cooked camel.
