Grill Americano is located at the base of 101 Collins Tower in Melbourne's CBD.   An elegant restaurant boasting classic Italian hospitality and a menu featuring Northern Italian classics.  One of the signature dishes is the 1.2 kilo bistecca alla Fiorentina, brushed with olive oil and rosemary and. grilled to perfection over the Josper grill.   Monday-Saturday 2pm-late
