This big, beautiful, contemporary two- storey holiday property is only a few minutes walk to the popular Chiton Beach (with its own surf life saving club) and the fabulous bike and walking track which takes you alongside stunning surf beaches, bays, and wetlands to Middleton and Goolwa.

The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, a second living area (complete with TV – perfect for the kids), a bathroom and laundry.
The garage has been converted into a games room with pool table and table tennis table.

The heart of the house is upstairs. There is a large, open plan dining and living area with modern kitchen. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with wonderful views of the rolling hills. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining settle on the deck.

There is a securely enclosed yard with 1.8M colour bond fencing and a grassed area. All cats and dogs are also welcome inside, regardless of size. Cleanliness is very important and they take extra steps to ensure that our properties do not look or smell pet friendly!
