Located in Rye only 15 mins walk to the beach, Happiness by the Beach is a luxurious three bedroom house with a relaxed and intimate feel. Fully equipped for relaxation and entertaining with multiple areas to relax, indulge and enjoy.

The living area includes open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with an L-shaped lounge and 55" smart TV, complete with Netflix. There is seating for 6 at the round dining table and there is plenty of setting for entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and a Breville Nespresso coffee machine.

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and wall mounted TV. The second bedroom has a tri bunk with double bed on the bottom and single on top. The third bedroom overlooks the front of the property and has a double bed as well as a ceiling fan.

There are doors leading to the BBQ area from the dining area and a deck with a fully fenced garden so you can watch your pooch play whist you prepare your lunch or chill out on a deck chair with a magazine and glass of wine.

The property welcomes pets and has a felly fenced back garden with plenty of lawn for your pooch to play. Pets are welcome inside. Please bring your own bedding and bowls. Do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
