Comprising three spacious bedrooms, this modern beach house in Rye comfortably sleeps up to seven guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a private powder room and walk-in wardrobe. Two further bedrooms in the opposite wing feature another queen, a double bed with single bunk above, and a second bathroom.

The large living area with vaulted ceiling is home to original modern artworks, luxurious furnishings and polished hardwood floors. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and features a contemporary island bench and top of the range appliances.

Entertaining at Sixteenth Beach Retreat comes easy with a cleverly designed decks, an outdoor audio system, modern barbecue and open dining area. Pets are welcome too with a fully secure rear yard and doggie basket with treats, ’poop’ bags, towel and bowls.
