Arrana is located in the lower Blue Mountains village of Springwood, just over an hours drive west of Sydney's CBD. It has quickly become known for its award winning use of Australian native ingredients in the Modern Australian degustation menu, with dishes like scallop, finger lime, apple, horseradish with salmon roe and emu with rhubarb and lily pilly.
