The restaurant is primarily focused on seafood, showcasing local, sustainably caught produce based on the day's catch. Creative taco combinations and fresh ceviches are ideal for grazing on with good company in that signature Bondi sunshine. Drinks favour bespoke drops of mezcal and Tequila, which have been sourced from Mexican small-batch distillers. Calita is available to hire for private dinners and corporate functions.
