Glebe Point Road's Despana is where you will find authentic Spanish tapas, served from breakfast through to dinner. The fitout is simple, with just a few red lights and bull heads on the walls, keeping the focus of the dining experience on the food. Start with baked eggs with salt cod for breakfast and head back in the afternoon for jugs of sangria and tapas. Despana also does coffee.
