Owner Trevor Blye and Middle Eastern Chef Roy Ner have refined traditional Middle Eastern recipes, to provide a modern menu. Highlights include succulent, slow-cooked meats on the grill, enhanced with charcoal flavours, laffa rolls, unique hummus bowls with chargrilled lamb and chicken, and Turkish salsa. There are wholesome vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available, loaded with flavour and spices. The beverage options include a Middle Eastern spin on classic cocktails, and a wine list including Lebanese drops and local craft beer. Lillah is warm and inviting, designed to reflect the architecture or the Middle East with earthy colours and arches.
