With training at Iggy's bakery up her sleeve, owner and pastry chef Penelope Ransley has created a sweet menu of tarts and croissants at this Inner West cafe. The fruit and custard studded brioches are hot property, and can also be found at select cafes around Sydney CBD like Kingswood Coffee in World Square.
