Slide into one of the green leather banquet seats and take the time to marvel at the bespoke chandeliers that sparkle from the ceiling. The food and drinks are equally impressive and feature an array of classics that are presented with attention to detail. Dishes like the steak tartare with potato crisps, duck cassoulet and tagliarini with sea urchin, caviar, butter and chives are just some of the stars.
