The Grain of the Silos is in the unique Peppers Silo Hotel on the banks of the Tamar River, just across from the Launceston CBD in Invermay and the gateway to the stunning wine growing district of the Tamar Valley. The carefully curated menu by food director Massimo Mele plays homage to the local produce of the area with over 30 Tasmanian suppliers including Flinders Island lamb, Cape Grim beef and Bruny Island cheese.
