Trombar is located in Ascot Vale, 20 minutes drive north of Melbourne, past the Flemington. The venue is a Tapas bar offering fantastic cocktails and shared plates as well as seafood. Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner until late and is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
