Husband and wife team Stephen and Ute Mercer opened Mercer's Restaurant in 1997. Housed in a Federation style home surrounded by a beautiful cottage garden Mercer's Restaurant is a fine dining establishment serving classically influenced contemporary food from this charming Federation-style cottage in leafy Eltham. The restaurant has been satisfying diners for more than 15 years and it's collected the accolades to prove it.
