Cocoa and Rose is a small and friendly cafe run by a family who have a passion for good food, coffee, music, French language and communal spirit. The owners are also musicians so expect an eclectic crowd including musos, who come to enjoy excellent coffee and light meals and the atmosphere of this very popular Perth cafe. Owner Marion is a soprano so expect to hear a her humming a classical tune in the background. They also host a French meet up every Saturday where you can conversation and learn French.
